Company Introduction: PACOM was established in 2017, and we are currently a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong with over 20 intellectual property rights and patents, as well as a provincial big data and innovative application engineering center. Our mission is to utilize the power of the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence to build intelligent, healthy, and sustainable building environments, helping customers reduce carbon emissions and operating costs and achieve long-term sustainable development goals.

Our team currently consists of over 80 people, including experienced digital and IoT engineers, energy engineers, data analysis experts, and project managers. It is composed of top technical and business expertise from Honeywell, Google, Nokia, Bluetooth SIG, and Microsoft. Overall, research and development personnel account for 70%, with PhD holders with overseas study and work experience making up about 15%.

Our Origins: PACOM was incubated and nurtured by Guangdong Baolun Electronics Co., Ltd. (ITC). ITC is one of the largest providers of sound, light, electric, video, and communication systems in the industry, with a 30-year history and over 6,000 employees. It serves customers in multiple countries and regions through its 240 operational branches globally.

In this year's government work report at the National People's Congress, China highlighted the need to develop new quality productivity, emphasizing the need to accelerate the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development. In this context, PACOM, a company, is focusing on building artificial intelligence-driven smart building solutions by leveraging our proprietary multi-in-one sensors and the largest wireless Bluetooth Mesh Bluetooth network as core technologies to reduce energy costs, reduce carbon emissions, and ensure a healthy and comfortable living environment.

(五）加快数字化绿色化协同转型发展。推动绿色低碳数字基础设施建设，推进既有设施节能降碳改造，推进实景三维中国建设与时空信息赋能应用。

(十三) 大力发展绿色低碳建筑。建立建筑能效等级制度。提升新建建筑中星级绿色建筑比例，推动超低能耗建筑规模化发展。加快既有建筑和市政基础设施节能节水降碳改造，推广先进高效照明、空调、电梯等设备……

The trend is:

(V) Accelerate digitalization and green transformation. (XIII) Promote the large-scale development of green and low-carbon buildings. Establish a building energy efficiency rating system.
